THE COMPANY
Established in 1998, Mastellari Sas continues the activity of Sales, Marketing & Strategic Consulting undertaken since 1995 by its founder Bruno Massimo Mastellari after a long career devoted to the promotion in Europe of the components and systems for automation made by Omron Corporation.
The consulting activity
In the ten years of activity, Bruno Massimo Mastellari has developed and implemented:
- marketing and sales plans for high technology components and systems and for industrial commodities;
- plans for the acquisition of companies;
- plans for establishing sales branch offices abroad;
- audit of companies' departments to spot areas and processes to be improved;
- internal and external marketing communications plans (launch of internal newsletters, web sites);
- search and selection of national distributors.
The former professional activity
In the years of his employment, Bruno Massimo Mastellari has promoted the Omron components and systems for automation holding various positions with increasing responsibilities in Holland, Turkey and Italy.
Technical salesman of electromechanical components and electronic controls for the industrial automation to manufacturers of automatic machinery and equipment, electrical panels and to distributors of electrical, in several provinces of Lombardy (Italy).
Marketing communications manager for Europe, in Holland. He established the head office marketing communications department charged with the planning and preparation of the advertising and sales promotional material (technical and sales literature, advertising pages, direct mails, displays for exhibitions...) in 5 languages for the 8 European branch offices.
Marketing manager, of the Italian branch office. He established the marketing services department charged with the introduction and promotion of products, technical support, advertising and sales promotion activities, technical training of staff and training courses for customers.
Vice president marketing, of the Italian branch office. He managed seven departments: sales (six regional sales offices), systems division, marketing services, customer services, import and stock, IT department, warehouse.
General manager/managing director, of the Turkish branch office. He established the branch office after having surveyed the market and prepared the business plan. He took care of hiring the personnel, searching and equipping the offices, defining sales strategies and policies.
General manager, of the Italian branch office. He managed the company with a turnover over 60 million euro and employing over 150 people.
